I began working in the trades at the age of 16, and over the years I have had the opportunity to be trained in all aspects of the building process.

While I enjoyed the work, the attitudes and environments of the companies I worked for were not always positive. I believe that when you work for a company that encourages and supports you, you can enjoy what you do all the more, and that joy will show through into your final product.

With A-Team, We have been able to create a positive working environment where the employees enjoy coming to work and can take pleasure in what they produce. I have worked hard to develop team consistency, which I believe not only makes for a better working environment, but also shows through in the quality of the work performed.
